1.How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?

Once you have submitted the order, it will normally take 1-2 working days for us to process the order and please allow 5-7 days for delivery via Express Mail, but sorry we do not offer overnight shipping at this time.

2.How can I check the status of my order?

You can login into your account and check the status of your order in the order history. If you have any problem, please contact us ASAP.

3.How much shipping will be charged for each order and how can I track my parcel online?

The tracking number would be sent by email once the items have been shipped. No matter how many items you purchase per transaction, We only charge 4.99 GBP for shipping. The shipping of the items is online traceable.

4. What should I do if the items were damaged upon receipt?

You need to inform us immediately upon receipt of shipment. Once you noted the product was damaged during shipment, we may require the item to be sent back to us or have the picture of the damaged item to be reviewed before we send out a new replacement or issue a refund.

5. Why are your prices so low but with good quality?

6.How do I care for my cultured pearls?

Fine cultured pearls with thick nacre layers will last for generations if cared for properly. Cultured pearls should be kept free of perfumes, cosmetics, perspiration and dirt. You may gently wipe cultured pearls with a slightly damp cloth. tiffanyline cultured pearls are strung on pure silk with knots between each cultured pearl. Over time, the silk will stretch, weaken and become soiled. If you wear your cultured pearls regularly, we encourage you to have your cultured pearls cleaned and restrung annually.

7. How can I handle my orchid products that have oxidized finish?

The sterling silver orchid products that have oxidized finish are not coated on the surface. Please avoid using a silver polisher. Please use a dry, clean cloth and avoid scratching.

8. How can I handle wood products?

Products featuring both wood and sterling silver should be cleaned with a standard polishing cloth. If using a silver polisher, please do not apply it in areas that that have wood or stones. The wood elements are natural and do not have any coating. By repeating to leave it in a dry or humid area, there is a chance that the wood will crack. Please use a pure beeswax polishing compound to maintain the wood.
